The establishment of human embryonic stem cells provides a greater possibility for cell therapy. On this basis, according to different transplant objects and requirements, or directly induce differentiation into functional cells (such as nerve cells, glial cells, chondrocytes, etc.); Or directionally induce and differentiate into tissue stem cells (such as hematopoietic stem cells, neural stem cells, etc.), which can also be directly derived from adult tissues or organs, and finally implanted into the lesion site of the patient. Another way is to introduce the somatic nuclei of patients into enucleated egg cells or enucleated embryonic stem cells. After developing to a certain stage in vitro, embryonic stem cells dedicated to nuclear patients are isolated and cultured from them, and then they are induced to produce the required differentiation types of cells, which are reinfused to nuclear donor patients, which also avoids the problem of immune rejection.
